As a first step, questionnaire will be published to the business stakeholders as prerequisite. Workshops with the business stakeholder & IT stakeholder will be conducted. During these workshops we analyze the requirement with business stakeholder & IT team on landscape & security practices.

Based on the workshop session, Cherrywok Intelligent Price Management Core team go back to their drawing board and design the custom requirement and list out standard modules that can be shipped to the customer landscape and it will be iterated with business stakeholders.

Once the evaluation is complete, Cherrywork Intelligent Price Management team will plan the next set of activities need for deployment in customer landscape.

Post planning, Cherrywork Intelligent Price Management team along with customer Infra team perform the series of deployment activities and test the sanity of the shipped product in customer landscape.

Post as-is standard deployment is complete, Cherrywork Intelligent Price Management team tailor the needs of the customer in an agile methodology.

Once the product is enhanced, quality testing of the product is extensively done. We also support the Business stakeholders in their validation journey with Training videos, document, working sessions.

Post validation by business stakeholder, we Go-live with the solution in customer landscape. We support, iterate on the standard patch upgrades on issue fixes.

Let us begin with the ‘Workbench’ where all your invoices show up after integrating the application with the common mailbox.
All your invoices appear on the workbench to be picked up by your AP reviewers. Click on the ‘Request ID’ to navigate to the invoice screen.
Our OCR engine populates the header details, items, PO details etc. from the original invoice. The invoice can also be opened in split-screen view to enable easy comparison of the line items.
The AP reviewer can claim the invoice and immediately start working on it.

Click on Track Invoice
We understand that tracking the status of individual invoices is important and can often get tricky. Our ‘Track Invoice’ module makes life easy, so you can focus your time on getting things done.
The ‘Activity Log’ shows the complete journey of the invoice through all stages of its processing.
Click Aging Report
Our ‘Aging Report’ module gives a snapshot of the volume of invoices pending with each AP reviewer and how long the invoice has been in your system, so that you can reallocate tasks among the different reviewers for maximum efficiency.
Click Configuration Cockpit
Have complete control of the application: configuring the mailbox, the email reader, the OCR engine etc. from the ‘Configuration Cockpit.’
