To utilize the product, SAP BTP and other associated services are necessary, that includes Mobile Services, Build Workzone Advanced Edition, Cloud Foundry Runtime, Build Process Automation, BAS, IAS, and optionally Object Store.

Yes, Cherrywork Smart Warehouse supports barcode scanning and RFID capabilities.

The product is designed to be flexible and capable of accommodating the evolving requirements of diverse warehouses. However, any upgrades or scaling will incur additional charges.
The product will be deployed within 6 weeks for standard functionalities. Based on fit-gap analysis the duration might get extended for any addition features or custom implementation.

L2 & L3 support (shared services model) will be provided to the Warehouse management application. The supported ticket types range from incidents, service requests, problems, etc. 1 year of application support post-completion of hyper-care is provided.
