As a first step, questionnaire will be published to the business stakeholders as prerequisite. Workshops with the business stakeholder & IT stakeholder will be conducted. During these workshops we analyze the requirement with business stakeholder & IT team on landscape & security practices.

Based on the workshop session, Cherrywok Intelligent Price Management core team go back to their drawing board and design the custom requirement and list out standard modules that can be shipped to the customer landscape and it will be iterated with business stakeholders.

Once the evaluation is complete, Cherrywork Intelligent Price Management team will plan the next set of activities need for deployment in customer landscape.

Post planning, Cherrywork Intelligent Price Management team along with customer infrastructure team perform series of deployment activities and test the sanity of the shipped product in customer landscape.

Post as-is standard deployment is complete, Cherrywork Intelligent Price Management team tailor the needs of the customer in an agile methodology.

Once the product is enhanced, quality testing of the product is extensively done. We also support the business stakeholders in their validation journey with training videos, documents, and working sessions.

Cherrywork Intelligent Work Management is deployed on the customer’s landscape. It can be deployed on any cloud hyper scalers with minimal customization for the deployments.
The solution will have two primary costs. The yearly recurring license fee for Intelligent Work Management product, and the implementation fee that will depend based on the number of workflows that are built during deployment.
The yearly license cost provides you with major feature upgrades that are made to the application and the continuous support for Intelligent Work Management. It does not include the AMS cost.
